Shipping charges vary per country, shipping charges and options will be shown at checkout.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days on standard shipping. Fedex/UPS/DPD/DHL takes it from there, and once they have accepted your order, your tracking will update with delivery information. 

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you receive your tracking code for it to update.

SHIPPING

Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns on opened and used items. 

Opened items are considered when the shipping box tape is opened. Unopened items may be returned within 10 days of purchase. Please note we do not refund our original shipping cost. 

If something arrives damaged we will be happy to help. Please note, we require a photo of the damage including how it arrived in the shipping box. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage. 

 A few things to note about our products:

  1. It takes time to see results. Each person is unique in how long it takes to clear up. Some need a couple weeks, some need a couple months. Depending on how long you have been dealing with breakouts and how much inflammation is below the surface will dictate how long it takes to see results. It takes time to help reduce the inflammation below the surface of the skin and to work through the breakouts you have had for many weeks, months, or years. 
  2. Some users clear up really quickly while others need more time. This is based on your skin and the nature of the way breakouts work. 
  3. These products can make you break out before you see clear skin. This doesn't happen to everyone and isn’t specific to our products. When you introduce new skincare, it works to speed up new skin cell growth and to pull inflammation below the surface up and out. This process generally takes a few weeks but great results are seen after this and no new breakouts will form and appear. This won't last forever and note these breakouts would have come up on their own time regardless. If you want to help skip this process, pair the products with a facial with extractions.   4. If a package is shipped back to us please make a note of tracking as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. 
  5. We reserve the right to refuse any return.
  6. All goods of inappropriate quality shall be replaced or returned in accordance with the Goods Return and Replacement Rules “approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001. Returning the item of inappropriate quality requires the submission of the purchase documents of the goods. by Order No. 258 of 17 August 2001 approved by the Minister in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services, where Contracts are Concluded Using Communications Means.
  7. Changing the Rules.
    The Seller has the right to partially or completely change the Privacy Policy by notifying the e-shop. If you use the services provided by the e-shop after these conditions have changed, the Seller considers that you have accepted the terms and conditions.
  8. Final Provisions
    These Terms of Privacy are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements on the enforcement of these rules are solved by negotiation. In case of disagreement, disagreements shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
